  • Our products are display and protective items only and do not include trading cards or sealed products.

  • Product images are for display purposes only. Slight variations may occur.

Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • CaseBros is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Returns, Refunds & Damage Claims

Key conditions include:

  • No returns for change of mind.

  • Damage or fault claims require clear video evidence of the parcel being opened.

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in the claim being declined.

  • CaseBros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price, where applicable.

  • We are not responsible for damage to collectibles stored inside our cases due to misuse, impact, or environmental factors.
